Job Summary

To oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles, the full-time Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top-tier talent in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support roles
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline from application through offer
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the engineering, architecture, or construction industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse disciplines
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
  • Demonstrated ability using LinkedIn and other social media to engage with passive and active job seekers
