Empowered to develop and implement staffing strategies, the remote Recruiter will focus on recruiting for a diverse range of IT, technical, and business roles while partnering with hiring managers to understand technical needs and maintain a strong candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit for various IT, technical, and business roles to support organizational growth
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using various online platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in high-volume recruiting
• Experience with Microsoft Office
