Recruiter

Job Summary

To support organizational growth, the remote Recruiter will develop and implement staffing strategies, partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs, and maintain a strong candidate experience while recruiting for a diverse range of IT and business roles.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit for various IT, technical, and business roles to meet organizational needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and hiring priorities
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels to identify qualified candidates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of experience in HR, specifically in employment and high-volume recruiting
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of EEO and compliance regulations
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
