Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the full-time remote Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various corporate and technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition kickoff to candidate onboarding
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide recruiting guidance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment across diverse roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
