Job Summary

To support a growing government contracting team, the full-time Recruiter will manage the entire candidate journey from sourcing and outreach to screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to develop job requisitions and sourcing strategies for open positions
• Proactively source candidates through various channels and maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS
• Facilitate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Comfort with proactive candidate outreach, including engaging passive candidates
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS); familiarity with Breezy is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
