Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting across various roles, partner with hiring managers to enhance talent acquisition processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for tech and non-tech roles, managing sourcing, screening, and candidate communication
• Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers to scope roles and improve the candidate funnel
• Source and engage top-tier passive talent, delivering a significant portion of self-sourced candidates for priority roles

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM roles
• Experience in a smaller, high-growth company with a hands-on approach to shaping recruiting processes
• Proficiency in conducting one-off or niche searches tailored to specific needs
• Proactive in building candidate pipelines through creative outreach
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby is a plus
