Job Summary

To support full life cycle recruiting for various positions, the full-time Recruiter will attract, source, and screen candidates while partnering with hiring managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attract and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and equitable assessment and selection process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity
• Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Results-driven with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Action-oriented with a sense of urgency and high energy
• Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility in changing environments
