Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer for various roles
- Drive the hiring funnel by reviewing applications, sourcing talent, and conducting initial candidate screenings
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs and maintain momentum in the hiring process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Experience maintaining structured and equitable hiring practices
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems to track progress and outcomes
- Empathy and professionalism in communicating with diverse stakeholders
