Recruiter
Job Summary
Proactively managing the recruitment process, the full-time Recruiter will build and maintain a network of digital marketing candidates, screen applicants, and partner with hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Fostering long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and proactively building a candidate network
- Screening candidates and preparing timely feedback for hiring managers
- Collaborating with the Head of Talent Acquisition to drive recruiting efforts and improve process efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an ad agency
- Experience filling digital marketing and/or ad tech roles at various seniority levels
- Proficiency with at least one applicant tracking system and navigating LinkedIn Recruiter
- Organized and process-oriented approach to staffing and onboarding
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
