Recruiter
Job Summary
To support the dynamic growth of the organization, the full-time remote Recruiter will efficiently fill open positions by sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source passive candidates and research new sourcing strategies to maintain a robust talent pipeline
- Screen applicants to assess their qualifications and cultural fit, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and conduct follow-ups with hiring managers to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quotas
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software (ADP WorkforceNow)
- Basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment
