Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting in a remote environment, the full-time Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and leadership to attract exceptional talent, streamline hiring processes, and drive impactful recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across various roles, from kickoff to close
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies and interview approaches
• Build candidate pipelines and engage high-quality candidates for priority positions

Required qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups or SaaS environments
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting with autonomy
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Experience in candidate assessment and process management
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage multiple searches simultaneously
