Owning full-cycle recruiting for various roles, the full-time Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and interview plans
- Source candidates through various channels and maintain candidate data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Experience in recruiting for sales, marketing, or creative roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sound judgment in evaluating candidates and communicating with hiring managers
