Job Summary

Full-time and remote, the Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions across multiple levels and geographic markets, focusing on attracting and screening candidates while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a fair selection process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and an applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure equitable assessment practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience for professional and industrial roles
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Results-driven with strong focus and resiliency in achieving goals
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication and listening skills for engaging diverse audiences
