Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Recruiter will proactively source candidates, manage the full-cycle recruiting process, and enhance the talent brand while working remotely within UTC-8 to UTC0 timezones.
Key responsibilities
- Build and source a talent community strategy to attract high-caliber candidates
- Orchestrate the full-cycle recruiting process from applications to offers
- Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scoring rubrics and interview plans
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or relevant technical roles
- At least 2 years of in-house experience within a scaling startup environment
- Ability to ideate unique sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles
- Active engagement with engineering culture and developer communities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
