Recruiter
Job Summary
To support talent acquisition efforts, the full-time Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment, leverage workforce planning and market intelligence, and enhance the candidate experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead full life cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives using data and market insights
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and talent engagement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; high school diploma required
- Minimum of 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday or similar ATS
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing strategies for passive talent
- Experience recruiting for various functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
