Job Summary

Managing the full-cycle hiring process, the full-time remote Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to source and secure talent for field, technical, and leadership roles across multiple branch locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for various roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and establish realistic hiring timelines
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings to assess fit for skills and culture

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with multi-location or field-based hiring
• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels with the ability to build talent pipelines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Experience working with an ATS and HRIS, such as JazzHR or Paycor
