To support a fast-growing insurance claims adjusting organization, the full-time Recruiter will attract, engage, and hire top talent while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring managers to determine position specifications and future hiring needs
- Perform candidate searches using various resources, including databases, networking, and referrals
- Conduct assessment interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and make recommendations for further interviews
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred
- 7+ years of previous recruiting experience required
- Insurance industry background highly preferred
- SHRM-CP or Certified Recruiting Professional designation preferred
