Job Summary

Collaborating within a hybrid environment, the full-time Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles in technology, product, sales, and operations, focusing on creating an exceptional candidate experience while engaging with hiring managers in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end hiring process, from launching searches to guiding candidates through interviews and final offers
• Build diverse talent pipelines using modern sourcing techniques and proactive community engagement
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requisitions and provide updates on pipeline health

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technology, product, operations, and sales
• Direct experience with Workday ATS is required
• Advanced sourcing skills to engage passive talent through creative outreach
• Knowledge of modern US employment practices and strategies for inclusive hiring
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
