Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Recruiter, the position will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for professional and industrial roles within an in-house temporary staffing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates to fill temporary positions across various industries
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good fit for client needs
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement and onboarding

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or staffing, particularly in a temporary staffing environment
• Strong understanding of labor market trends and sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
