Managing the full recruiting life cycle, the full-time Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the New Business Talent Acquisition group while working remotely from Chicago, IL.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute recruitment plans for roles from entry to executive level
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to clarify job specifications and modify job descriptions as needed
- Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates
Required qualifications

- Familiarity with metrics and reporting related to recruiting efforts
