Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform full-life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and extending offers to candidates
- Establish partnerships with Hiring Managers to lead recruitment efforts and develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System and maintain critical reporting metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
