Job Summary
Proactively managing the full candidate journey, the fully remote Recruiter will own searches from kickoff to signed offer letter, focusing on building long-term talent pipelines for Accountant, Controller, CFO, and internal leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Own assigned searches, ensuring clarity on role requirements and coordinating the complete selection process
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking activities
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and facilitating feedback
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on proactive sourcing and selection coordination
- Experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals, including senior-level and executive talent
- Demonstrated success in building passive candidate pipelines through various networking channels
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a positive candidate experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Paylocity is a plus
