Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Recruiter or Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, designing interview processes, and guiding hiring managers in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope new roles with hiring managers to define ideal candidates and realistic timelines before a role opens
• Proactively source candidates through networks, job boards, and direct outreach while managing candidate communications
• Project-manage multiple simultaneous hiring rounds, including scheduling, budgets, and decision timelines

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally at a small or early-stage organization, or 3+ years for a Senior Recruiter
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and comfort experimenting with AI tools in the recruiting workflow
• Understanding of the AI research landscape and adjacent research/nonprofit communities
• Strong prioritization skills under pressure, managing multiple rounds and stakeholders effectively
• Ability to travel for team retreats, with a preference for candidates overlapping with UTC-8 and UTC time zones
