Job Summary
To support a growing engineering and technical workforce, the remote Recruiter I will manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, and facilitate candidates through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Post and maintain job requisitions on Paylocity and external job boards, ensuring current listings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS platform (Paylocity experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
