Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and calibrate candidates
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and effective outreach
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of recruiting experience in both technical and non-technical roles
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Experience collaborating directly with hiring managers and influencing decisions
- Data-driven approach to managing recruitment pipelines
- Proficiency with an ATS and familiarity with AI tools for sourcing and outreach
