Job Summary

A company is looking for a smart and innovative Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates, screen resumes, interview candidates, and onboard qualified personnel in various areas across the US
• Utilize various platforms to reach potential candidates including resume sources, phone, social media, etc
• Work directly with clients to ensure employee fit matches desired expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of Recruitment experience
• Familiarity with government staffing
• Experience with ATS systems is a plus
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word a must)
• A College degree is preferred
