A company is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining organized records and documentation
• Support general administrative tasks related to hiring and people operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Experience recruiting across multiple role types, including technical and creative positions
• Familiarity with ATS systems, such as Greenhouse, and basic reporting tools
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong administrative mindset
• Ability to work as an independent contractor for candidates in Canada and Latin America
