Recruiter and People Operations Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining organized records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance & Administration, including scheduling and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Greenhouse
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor for candidates in Canada and Latin America
