Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining organized records and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support related to hiring and people operations, including metrics compilation and vendor coordination


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
  • Experience recruiting across multiple roles, including technical, creative, and leadership positions
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and basic reporting tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong administrative mindset
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor for Canadian applicants, managing personal taxes and compliance
