Recruiter and People Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Taking meaningful ownership across both recruiting and people operations, the full-time remote Recruiter and People Operations Specialist will focus on full-cycle recruiting for the first 60 days and subsequently manage employee lifecycle operations, systems, and processes while continuously improving the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including intake, candidate sourcing, screening, and offer presentation
- Oversee employee lifecycle operations such as onboarding, transitions, and offboarding logistics
- Support people systems and data management, ensuring accurate records and compliance with training and audits
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant hands-on sourcing experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
- Experience working in people systems and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset
- Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
