Job Summary

A company is looking for a recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for mission-critical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the high-volume recruiting process for non-exempt roles using various sourcing methods and managing data in the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, schedule interviews, and set clear hiring expectations
  • Partner with HR for compensation and onboarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and coordinate hiring events to enhance the candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or GED with 6 years of experience
  • Experience level: Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting role
  • Familiarity with OFCCP, EEOC, and federal/state employment laws
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the aerospace industry
  • Experience in leading Talent Acquisition projects
