Recruiter (Contract)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to manage the full recruiting life cycle remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Create and execute recruitment plans for various roles and develop relationships with key recruiting contacts
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics and collaborate with HR Business Partners to clarify job specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Search firm experience is a plus
