Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to manage the full recruiting life cycle and develop talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Create and execute recruitment plans for various roles from entry to executive level
- Provide monthly recruiting metrics and collaborate with HR and hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
