Recruiter (Contract)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract) to manage the full recruiting life cycle and develop talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Create and execute recruitment plans for various roles from entry to executive level
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics and collaborate with HR and hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is a plus
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
