Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract to Hire).

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including Sales, Marketing, and technical positions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine interview processes
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates while tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven track record of hiring high-performing candidates in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with AI-driven recruiting tools
• Experience recruiting in high-growth startups or scaling organizations
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech GTM org structures is a plus
