Recruiter Contract Position

Job Summary

Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time Recruiter Contract Position will manage 12-15 roles remotely, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies and deliver top talent across digital marketing and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines across various functions
• Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and market insights

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Proven track record of recruiting across multiple levels in digital marketing, media, and technology
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms
• Familiarity with Lever or a comparable Applicant Tracking System
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
