Job Summary
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, the hybrid Recruiter (1099) will attract, engage, and hire top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across multiple departments
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Source candidates through diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance basics (EEOC, FCRA)
