Job Summary

A company is looking for a Search Consultant - Direct Hire Recruiter/Inside Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and interview candidates for direct-hire positions
• Develop and implement business development plans to generate new client opportunities
• Maintain compliance with legal and company standards throughout the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field
• Recruitment experience in light industrial staffing
• Proximity to the Farmers Branch office is required
• Understanding of local, state, and federal laws related to recruiting
• Experience with candidate and client management systems
