Recruiter Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To support recruiting teams at employer partners, the full-time Manager, Recruiter Enablement will build training programs, create enablement materials, and lead workshops remotely, ensuring effective use of Clasp in the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Build recruiter enablement programs and create training materials, templates, and resources
• Lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for recruiter audiences
• Track recruiter engagement and gather feedback to improve adoption of Clasp's tools

Required qualifications

• 5-9+ years of experience in recruiter enablement, talent acquisition, or related fields
• Experience working with recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition teams
• Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience creating enablement content such as playbooks and training materials
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to define and build the role from scratch
