Key responsibilities

• Recruit and qualify candidates for various financial services and operational roles
• Conduct detailed phone screens and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit
• Maintain candidate communication and manage multiple requisitions in a metrics-driven environment

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry
• Experience in financial services, banking, or operational support environments preferred
• Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting processes
