To support the development of next-generation AI career guidance, the freelance Recruiter for AI Evaluation will review career-related questions, write expert-level responses, and create evaluation rubrics while working remotely for 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate career-related questions from professionals at various career stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing in Canada
• Strong understanding of hiring processes, candidate evaluation, and labor market trends
• Experience advising candidates and hiring managers across various industries
• Excellent written communication skills in English for articulating nuanced career guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
