Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter who will manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM and G&A roles, from intake through closing
- Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes and interview plans
- Build and maintain healthy outbound and inbound pipelines for core GTM roles
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM and/or G&A roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven ability to build and execute outbound sourcing plans in competitive markets
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel and pipeline metrics to guide decisions
- Strong hiring manager partnership skills, including intake and expectation-setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches in parallel while staying organized
