Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter who will manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned GTM and G&A roles, from intake through closing
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role outcomes and interview plans
  • Build and maintain healthy outbound and inbound pipelines for core GTM roles
Required Qualifications
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for GTM and/or G&A roles at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build and execute outbound sourcing plans in competitive markets
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel and pipeline metrics to guide decisions
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills, including intake and expectation-setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches in parallel while staying organized
