Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for senior-level roles, focusing on construction management expertise
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of construction experts for data center projects across the Americas
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specifications and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter for high-level technical or construction roles
• Strong understanding of complex construction management and project lifecycle
• Familiarity with recruiting in the Americas and knowledge of regional talent pools
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
