Job Summary

To connect a fast-moving creative vision with exceptional talent, the part-time Contractor Recruiter for Creator Economy will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume production and creative roles while partnering with leadership to fill specialized and senior-level positions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment for various high-volume staffing needs across production and digital support roles
• Partner with leadership to source, screen, and close key mid-to-senior level creative and corporate roles
• Leverage social platforms and industry networks to engage digital-native talent familiar with rapid social media production workflows

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in the creator or digital production space
• Strong understanding of the modern social media landscape (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and production terminology
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative methods to find passive talent
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Excitement for positive storytelling and building a culture anchored in empathy and impact
