- Proven track record of conducting structured interviews across large candidate pools
- Strong judgment in evaluating potential from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines while maintaining detailed documentation
- Commitment to equitable selection practices and experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse
