Recruiter for EMEA Expansion

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for their Enterprise & Mid-Market Sales divisions in the UK & EMEA regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles and position profiles
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles within the Enterprise & Mid Market Sales divisions
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in enterprise, strategic, or GTM roles within the Software or SaaS industry
• Experience hiring Account Executives with over 3 years in hunting, prospecting, and closing
• Strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape
• Exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of establishing trust with hiring managers
