Recruiter for Engineering Roles

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Recruiter for Engineering Roles, this position will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and HR to attract and hire top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and create compelling job descriptions
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates for engineering, technical, and support roles
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline from application through offer

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the engineering, architecture, or construction industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse disciplines
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms
• Demonstrated ability using LinkedIn and other social media to engage with passive and active job seekers
