Job Summary
To build and run a scalable hiring engine, the full-time Founding Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, design efficient hiring systems, and partner with hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and complex roles, maintaining high-quality pipelines from sourcing through close
- Design and implement structured interview processes and scalable workflows to improve hiring efficiency
- Coach hiring managers to enhance interviewing skills and decision-making effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of recruiting experience, including significant in-house experience
- Proven ability to run full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles
- Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated track record of building or improving recruiting processes and systems
- Ability to influence hiring managers and drive alignment on hiring decisions
