Job Summary
Supporting high-volume G&A hiring, the full-time remote Recruiter for General Administration will manage 10 to 20 open requisitions, ensure ATS hygiene, and coordinate interviews while maintaining a smooth candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own ATS hygiene by keeping candidate records, statuses, and notes accurate and up to date
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Track and report weekly on recruiting metrics, identifying process gaps and proposing improvements
Required qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of recruiting coordination or high-volume recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of at least one modern ATS and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent calendar management and scheduling skills across multiple time zones
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
- High attention to detail with a focus on tidy data and well-documented processes
