Job Summary

To support a pivotal time of growth, the remote Recruiter for GTM and G&A will manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Support, Implementation, and G&A functions, partnering closely with leaders to enhance recruiting practices and deliver quality hires.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, managing high-volume pipelines efficiently
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and shape interview processes for a world-class candidate experience
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage diverse talent pools and use data to influence hiring decisions
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience, focusing on GTM or G&A functions
  • Experience in high-volume environments with a track record of quality hires in fast-paced companies
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools within the talent acquisition tech stack
  • Ability to build partnerships with senior leaders and drive accountability
  • Comfort with recruiting tools and data-driven decision-making
