Recruiter for GTM Teams

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Recruiter for GTM Teams will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring leaders to understand team goals, and utilize data to enhance candidate sourcing and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting by creating strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Act as a talent advisor by collaborating with hiring leaders, facilitating interview processes, and driving offer negotiations
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and improve recruiting strategies while maintaining communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven strategic sourcing skills and experience in building diverse candidate pipelines
• Previous tech experience preferred, with familiarity in using Greenhouse or equivalent ATS
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high-volume periods
